Fichardtpark safety

Role players in the safety of Fichardtpark consist of FNA security manager, SAPS, CPF, MMM, security companies and they are directed by a ten point security strategy.

Joint patrols are undertaken by the role players to identify suspicious people in the neighbourhood.

Chubb and ADT signed serive level agreements with FNA and prove effective in combating crime. FNA security and the dedicated vehicles of Chubb and ADT provide 24/7 neighbourhood security.

Infrastructure and Parks Maintenance Programme PDF Print E-mail

FNA started the maintenance programme of the parks in 2010. In 2011 after the donation of the tractor and weed eater, the programme proved to be more effective.  Currently 12 of the 26 parks are in a neat state.  Click here to view the previous and current state of the parks. FNA launched the Adopt a Park project.  Businesses and individuals can now contribute towards the maintenance of parks. See more info in the right sidebar of this page.

270 images of arreared infrastructure were delivered to MMM – 47 matters repaired to date.

Adopt a Park

FNA has introduced an Adopt a Park initiative in terms of which businesses in Fichardtpark can join as a sponsor for a park of their choice. In return the Fichardtpark Neighbourhood Association will promote your business name on the park with board/s as well as other media. Click here for more info.
